May I order via phone?

  • Of course! Simply call us at +1 (773) 234-9623 and someone from our Concierge team will assist you.

Does every order come with a personalized notecard?

  • Yes, but you have to order it. At checkout, you'll be asked what text you'd like to include (up to 100 words) and we'll have our handwriting expert make out the card, which we'll include with your gift. You can choose to receive the gift yourself, so you may deliver it by hand, or, we're happy to ship your gift directly to your special someone. Could you help me pick out the right gift?

How can I track my order?

  • We will email you when we confirm your order. Then we will also email you when items in your order ship or if there are status updates on your order. When shipping takes place, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

How can I return my order?

  • Our main goal is to make our customers happy. As such, we handle requests for returns on an individual basis. We painstakingly search for unique, hard-to-find items and we hope you’re satisfied with them and the shopping experience we offer. We act fairly and we’ll do our best to address any concerns. Unfortunately, every once in a while, we cannot accommodate a request to return an item. Made-to-order or custom items cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
  • If within 15 days of delivery, you are not satisfied with the quality of the item(s) you received, we will, in our sole discretion, replace the item, issue a refund, or issue a credit. If you would like to return an item within 15 days of delivery, the item you are returning must be received in its original condition in the original packaging. Therefore, it is critically important you place great care to correctly pack and return the item to us. We’re happy to walk you through the return process.       Is the item in the photo going to be the exact item I receive?

      • Many of the items we offer are hand-made, hard-to-find and made-to-order. So, if it is a one-of-a-kind item, yes, that's the one you'll get. For unique, low-run items, not each piece will be identical, so there will be slight differences to what is shown on our site. If there is ever a time where we do not have the inventory to fulfill your order by the time we receive your order, we will notify you by email or phone as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

      What shipping carrier do you use?

      • We use a variety of shipping carriers and methods. Our default shipper and method is UPS Ground, though in some cases, we will ship via FedEx or USPS. You will have an opportunity to upgrade to express shipping, where available, at time of checkout. 

      Do you ship everywhere in the world?

      • Due to the nature of our items, we only ship to the continental United States (the lower 48). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii or any international locations. For a variety of reasons, we do not deliver to P.O. or APO/FPO Boxes.

      How long does delivery take?

      • Standard shipping (again, to the lower 48 states) takes 4–7 business days. Many times, we will have the artisans ship your item directly to you, to make the process as efficient as possible.
      • It is important to note that delivery dates are based on when a package ships, not when it is ordered. Further, shipping dates are calculated on business days (Monday-Friday and assuming no holidays).
      • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially for standard shipping. We're sorry about that. But, don’t forget, you can upgrade to 2–day or overnight shipping at time of check-out.
      Can you help me with a corporate purchase?
      • We’re here to ensure the gift is exceptional and meaningful, be it for a loved one, a friend or a corporate recipient. Our Concierge team is always happy to assist, via phone or email:
