Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, many carriers are experiencing delays in delivery, and this is likely to get worse during the holidays. While we at Park West London continue to ship according to your selected service method, please understand that carrier delays are beyond our control.

We use a variety of shipping carriers and methods. Our default shipper and method is UPS Ground, though in some cases, we will ship via FedEx or USPS. You will have an opportunity to upgrade to express shipping, where available, at time of checkout.

Due to the nature of our items, we only ship to the continental United States (the lower 48). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii or any international locations. For a variety of reasons, we do not deliver to P.O. or APO/FPO Boxes.

Standard shipping (again, to the lower 48 states) takes 4–7 business days. Many times, we will have the artisans ship your item directly to you, to make the process as efficient as possible.

It is important to note that delivery dates are based on when a package ships, not when it is ordered. Further, shipping dates are calculated on business days (Mon-Fri and assuming no holidays).

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially for standard shipping. We're sorry about that. But, don’t forget, you can upgrade to 2–day or overnight shipping at time of check-out.
